I have owned multiple BMWs spanning over the last 8 years. This BMW dealership had always given me the worst customer experience. Their service department is atrocious- overselling combined with lack o years. This BMW dealership had always given me the worst customer experience. They push you hard for services you don't need and tries to lord their "expert" knowledge over their customers. Their sales department is below average at best in providing a good inventory and/or proper shopping experience. More
