Extremely knowledgeable knew everything about the car and it’s competitors. Like I understand why they call him a genius because he definitely sold me on BMW, I was considering the Lexus nx300h and the Range Rover evoque. After I left the BMW dealership I knew that was the vehicle I wanted. Another thing that I loved is that many of its competitors did not have great customer service, judged me based off the color of my skin and how young I am and just assumed I was in the wrong dealership. That’s one thing I didn’t have to experience with Classic BMW, Bryan Tom, and the finance manager customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend Classic BMW in Willoughby. More
