The sales person, Sue, spent a good hour or more with me explaining the mind boggling technical aspects of the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Tom the sales manager got me a great interest rate and Ms. Backenhauer completely explained the paper work and did not try and push the extended warrantee or protective services when she found out I wasn't interested. Again this was greatly appreciated as I have purchased many new vehicles in the past from other dealers and they wouldn't take no for an answer so thanks Clason..
