New Truck Purchase I decided it was time for a new truck. There was not one in inventory that was exactly what I wanted, so Nathan found one with the right color, trim I decided it was time for a new truck. There was not one in inventory that was exactly what I wanted, so Nathan found one with the right color, trim and motor at another dealer. He and Tom worked a dealer trade and made the deal happen. Nathan, Rob in Service and the detail department switched over some accessories from my old truck. All happened within a weeks time. Couldn't be happier. Additionally, I am completely satisfied with the service department for the years of service on my previous four vehicles. Because of my previous experience at Clason I was determined to buy my new Sierra from them. More

Doing what's best for the customer My vehicle had a fuel leak. Another dealership estimated it would cost about $2,000 to repair. Kevin Knutson told me he thought Clason could do bette My vehicle had a fuel leak. Another dealership estimated it would cost about $2,000 to repair. Kevin Knutson told me he thought Clason could do better, and they did! Kevin found out there were extended warranties on the fuel tank and other related parts. My out-of-pocket cost ended up being less than $240. Clason had run the diagnostics (for free) and ordered the parts on a Monday. At 4:40 PM the next day, a courteous driver from Clason picked me up from work in their shuttle vehicle so I could get my newly repaired car back. More
