I made the appointment for assistance with a system update and recall for the fuel pump. The following morning, the notification is still popping up and I wasn't told if the recall was resolved. I had to call the service dept. 3 times before an appointment was setup. The first 2 times they said they'd get back to me but never did. They can’t fix a noise coming from a 2024 Honda civic. They claim it’s a typical noise the civic makes. No help at all!
