10am scheduled appointment lasted 3 hours 45minutes! ! Supposedly, it was the technician's fault, not staying on task. I did not appreciate the amount of time I waited. I was given an excuse/reason of ! Supposedly, it was the technician's fault, not staying on task. I did not appreciate the amount of time I waited. I was given an excuse/reason of delay and was then told the work would begin on vehicle. I set my clock timer on and one hour and four minutes later still nothing. A "higher up" employee came out and offered some excuse, too, as to the delay of service. I finally checked/paid out. Not even sure if the request for my oil change took place because the indicator wasn't reset to "100 %". I now need to make a phone call to dealership because I was charged for this service. Anyhoo, I'm disappointed with service, this type of service had not happened before. More

I am upset that I was told that my vehicle received a complete multi-point inspection. Yet when I checked my wiper fluid it remained empty, which is fine, I can refill it myself. The issue that worries me and creates doubt is that on their checklist it was marked as full. So it seems that they just check Mark off without actually fully checking. Mind you, this is twice that it's happened. At this point they're creating doubt in the integrity of their service. Not good at all. More
