I took my pilot in on 3 different occasions within a week time. The 1st two visits were not to my liking. The amount of time I spent there was the longest days ever. I understand the process andntime it time. The 1st two visits were not to my liking. The amount of time I spent there was the longest days ever. I understand the process andntime it takes but....No one set the time expectation no one followed up or checked on me to let me know how long it was going to take. And I had an appointment. I was there so long in the 1st 2 visits I could have test driven a car financed it and driven off the lot in a new pilot!! It wasn't until the 3rd visit when I was handed over to "express" that I received excellent service and feed back. I felt Valued as a repeat customer. My time and money were Valued. As a Loyal Honda owner and service customer i have no problem looking elsewhere for vehicles and service. I have purchased 3 pilots 3 accords (clark) and recently an hrv (at gillman) thank you for allowing me to offer feedback. Sales and express service are grt. Service is not so good. Sorry. More

I am a senior citizen who bought a 2023 CRV HYBRID Touring and my A/C went out. So I called Customer Service and spoke with Anna. Anna was a complete professional and listened to my predicament and fo Touring and my A/C went out. So I called Customer Service and spoke with Anna. Anna was a complete professional and listened to my predicament and for me I needed my A/C looked ASAP as I have a bad heart and the heat here in the Valley can really drain you especially with a bad heart. She asked me to bring it in and to my surprise they fixed the issue with the A/C and now I can go on with my daily living thanks to Honda but a very special thanks to Anna she was awesome! Hard working people are hard to find I hope the Managers at Honda in Pharr TX will appreciate her hard work to make the Honda company excel and to keep happy returning customers. More
