There was poor communication and I was never offered a rental even though my car was in there for 3 weekends. Every time I called I would get transferred to a mailbox that was full and when I asked for a rental even though my car was in there for 3 weekends. Not impressed with customer service and not happy my car battery only lasted 1 year and 7 months only!!! Keep having to come back for a new battery in less than 2 years!
