Don't know the names of anyone. The oil change was done. The receptionist at the service department was not helpful, ignored our complaints. We were told we didn't need an appointm The oil change was done. The receptionist at the service department was not helpful, ignored our complaints. We were told we didn't need an appointment, just come in. We were told about being able to get a ride to breakfast and they would pick us up afterwards. Went to breakfast ok. Afterwards no pick up even after several calls! Finally called a cab to get back to the dealership, several hours after breakfast. The car wasn't done until afternoon. We will never go back to this dealership! They don't care about the customer at all! We were stranded in the heat for 4 hours, we are in our mid 70's. Very bad experience, and cost us an extra $25.00 for a cab. More

Very dissatisfied and disappointed when we bought the Pilot Trailsport as it had the hitch receiver but no hitch connector or wiring. This was misleading .
