The way an online shopping experience should be. I bought my 2022 Acura MDX on December 25th. I live in Houston but made a deal on the phone the previous Saturday.. No haggle pricing. Chris Hernandez was my sales man and did a great job. I actually flew down from Houston to the airport where Chris picked me up and I was out the door in about an hour. I had one small issue with the second key fob that was the wrong one and didn't work for my MDX. Chris told me that they would do their best to get a second key at a later time because I was immediately driving back to Houston. Well, it took a while but 7 weeks later they got my second key. Chris was able to get the salesperson who took the vehicle in to call the previous owners for 7 straight weeks and was able to get them to bring the correct key in. The dealership Fedexed the key to me over night and it works! It was a miracle really and a testimony to the service at this dealership. The new spare key costs $700.00 at my local Acura dealership here in Houston to get a new one which I ended up not having to do. Great job to everyone at Clark-Knapp Honda. More
Took in my vehicle for a recall on the fuel pump. Drove out with an extreme gas odor inside the car. Called the Honda service person to notify him and left a message due to no answer and didn’t return my call. Had to call a tow truck to take it back to dealership. They had to replaced the seals to the fuel up which got messed up when they replaced the fuel pump. Waiting to see if I will be reimbursed for $150 towing fees. More
WORST SERVICE EVER! ! I picked up my vehicle and within an hour, I was stranded for the same reason I took it in. My vehicle was towed previous day so I didn't have towin ! I called REPEATEDLY to service department & could NOT REACH anyone! Phone kept ringing, voice mail would pick up, voice box full, etc. I asked to be put through to the service Dept. manager & was told he was at a meeting & unavailable. Finally a salesperson is the one who tried helping me. After a long time, they sent 2 young men to Costco to help me. They replaced the fuse that had just been replaced a few hours earlier, and they managed to start the vehicle & drove it back to Honda. We followed. The agent assigned to me was unprofessional; he became frustrated when I told him that I had called multiple times that day, left messages, etc. & I never heard back from him. He told me that it was very busy & he didn't have time to be checking messages. I don't know what's going on with Clark-Knapp Honda b/c this is not the 1st time I've had issues with their lack of adequate service, but this time was by far the worst! My vehicle is back in the shop & I was told not to expect for anyone to look at it "till maybe Monday". It seems the dealership has cut personnel, and it's the customers who are paying for it. Answer your d**n phones! Check your voice mail! Call your customers back & give updates! More

She keeps me informed as my service progresses and is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and when it should be done, even with my car tha She keeps me informed as my service progresses and is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and when it should be done, even with my car that Honda no longer has in production, the plug-in hybrid. After having an all electric (other brand), I needed something with more than 87 mile range and this plug-in hybrid is perfect. I haven't been to a gas station since last summer as it is all electric around town and I never saw a major increase in my electric bill. I hope Honda will consider making another plug-in hybrid before I need a new car!! More
