The sales man Brian failed to mention that the vehicle was in an accident upfront, the carfax was not presented until right before signing off on paperwork. To which I had already signed to have my jeep b was in an accident upfront, the carfax was not presented until right before signing off on paperwork. To which I had already signed to have my jeep being traded in so there was no way for me to back out. The small accident was actually not so small, I came to find out that the drivers door was replaced and I’m even missing the vehicle tire pressure/ VIN info. Yesterday I started driving back home and noticed that my tpms sensor went off, took it to get looked at and the shop told me the sensor needs to be replaced. The wireless charges in the vehicle also does not work and the rotors are bad as I can feel the car vibrating when I’m braking. My honda is supposed to have an automatic lock feature when you’re away from the car but it does not work. I’ve tried resetting it and even made sure that the settings were correct. My experience at Honda was not what I expected as I’ve heard many good things about the company. The dealer only tried to offer my 9,500 for my trade in when CarMax has offered me and in person price of 12,000. After talking with Brian and his manager they only managed to get me 11,000 which I still feel like was very low. I leaving with a faulty vehicle and had a sales man who was not honest up front. I feel that I should’ve paid way less than 24,900 for a car that IS USED AND had been in an ACCIDENT. I hope Honda can take action to fix this. More
