I went to the Honda Dealership to simply get my horn fixed, but I was told I needed to replace the SRS unit and cable reel in order to do so. I found replacement parts myself as the dealer’s quoted pric fixed, but I was told I needed to replace the SRS unit and cable reel in order to do so. I found replacement parts myself as the dealer’s quoted price was far too much. I then had them install my parts, but only could they not finish the install due to an issue they did not inform me of previously, the part they did replace wasn’t even necessary to fix my horn. I’m only giving 2 stars because Ana was so polite and understanding to me, and told me to come by again without an appointment so that the mechanics could reassess my car. Mechanics get a bad rap because of their predatory practices, and I hate to say this, but it is well deserved. Be very careful when you go here. More
