Salesman Jacob did not add the gap insurance to my contract. Neither Eddie from financial services after I told both of them I needed the gap insurance. They just did whatever they wanted. I had to call the service dept. 3 times before an appointment was setup. The first 2 times they said they'd get back to me but never did. I have high praise for Christian Hern 3 times before an appointment was setup. The first 2 times they said they'd get back to me but never did. They can’t fix a noise coming from a 2024 Honda civic. They claim it’s a typical noise the civic makes. No help at all! I actually had a manager ride with me to show him the noise and he was able to hear They claim it’s a typical noise the civic makes. No help at all! It’s been frustrating cause I’ve taken the civic twice but they pretend not to know what it is. I’m sure they messed around with it cause now the noise is louder. More
