First, the negotiation process was unnecessarily long—**five hours**—despite having an excellent credit score. Instead of a smooth, straightforward transaction, it felt like a back-and-forth game. The sales tactics were frustrating; just give me the deal I want without the runaround. Additionally, I was promised a full detailing upon delivery, but what I received was essentially a quick wash. The exterior still had water spots, and the interior had dust in places, making it clear it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I ended up paying for my own detailing service afterward, which was disappointing after spending so much on a new car. That said, the **Toyota Prius is fantastic**—great on gas, smooth ride, and exactly what I wanted. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to save at the pump. Overall, I love my car, but the dealership experience could have been much better.
