The scratch-off-the-spots “Play the $25,000 PokeCash Game” card is set up to imply that the recipient is a $5,000 winner. When the spots are scratched off three dragons are revealed in the center column. The card says three dragons “=WIN $5,000 Cash--“. The cards I have examined all have the three dragons in the center column. Is everyone a $5,000 winner? No. Not obvious at all is the fact that that “- -“ is a non-standard footnote symbol for a footnote at the bottom of the opposite side of the card in very small print. The small print tells you that you just have a very small chance to have won anything of value other than a lotto card. This may be legal as the promotional person maintained, but it is sleazy. Do you want to do business with a sleazy dealer? More

The sales staff were very easy to deal with and we were lucky to land there during a very good sale. Negotiation on price was pretty painless. Special notice should be given to Kim Beers who was informative and extremely helpful in tutoring us about all the bells and whistles on the new car. She was very reachable after the sale and encouraged us to contact her if we had any questions and she meant it. More

Kim Beers, the sales person, was friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. We discussed multiple vehicles and both purchase and lease options. She help me find the vehicle and option that made the most sense for me. I had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. Kim kept me informed about the progress (delivery was delayed) and even texted a picture of the vehicle on the truck as it arrived. My wife also purchased a vehicle from the dealership in August 2016 (Kim was the sales person) and her experience was the same (without the delivery part). More
