Helpful, timely and reasonable price. My wife reported this to me. My daughter thought she had damaged a tire. She had the tire taken off by AAA. My wife took the tire to CitySide. They checked the tire, found a broken seal, fixed it and replaced the tire. Reasonable charge and took care of it when my wife brought it in with her waiting a relatively short period of time. Best dealership in Boston I took my Forester in for its regular check and was told that it would take 90 minutes. The service dept rotated the tires, checked all fluids and sy I took my Forester in for its regular check and was told that it would take 90 minutes. The service dept rotated the tires, checked all fluids and systems, changed the oil and something else, and had me out of there and back on the road in a little over one hour. I have had this experience every time I have brought my car in, and I certainly appreciate their efficiency. I also appreciate their ability to deal with spontaneous problems. One evening a car passed too close to me while parking and dragged my fender loose. I was afraid it would cost a fortune to repair, but when I got to the shop within half an hour, the supervisor walked out with me, assessed the damage and pushed the fender back in place. It was not damaged after all, and there was no charge for the service. I love this place. More
