When I first bought the car, I was told it had 60 somthing odd miles on it, that it was a car transferred from another location. This already didn't sit well with me because I wasn't told it would be driven to your location from another location. At this point, I should have requested to wait for a car coming off the flatbed truck on the 20th of this month. My car has had noise issues since I drove it off the lot the first day. I even brought it back the next day and was told it sounded normal but scheduled an appointment with the service agent just in case. The noise became more frequent by the time my appointment came up. At my appointment, they made some adjustments to the rotor and during the test drive it wasn't making a sound by the end of the day it was starting to make the noise again. Now, a week later, the rotors have flat spots and they're creating a humming sounds and a jerking feeling while stopped and once they are heated up. The jerking makes me and my passages have nausea. I haven't had this car for a month yet and am bringing this car back for a 3rd time, second official service. I hate being told nothing is wrong and being sent home and having the issues arise again. I have taken people, who know about cars, for multiple test drives and have told me they notice the problems my car has. I also test drove another 2016 Subaru, my family member bought at Wakefield, and it does not make the same sounds or jerky movements that mine does. I simply want what I paid for, and that's a nice new working car. I honestly wish I bought my car at Wakefield instead. I am sorry but it's how I feel. Your empliyees are really nice and I do commend you for that. My poor rating does not reflect my personal experience with the sales or service customer rep but I do wish I held off buying this car. I am tired of being sent home and the issue not resolved. I am tired of having to reschedule appointments and work to deal with these issues. By this point I just want my rotors and breaks replaced and the issue resolved. I also don't believe I should be charged for something that shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. More

Some o Their great for simple things, oil changes, and engine repairs. Unfortunately I have not had good luck when it comes to body related repairs. Some of the technicians clearly do not understand how disassemble and reassemble the various body assemblies. For example the last time I was in I wanted a piece of rubber weatherstripping replaced because it was old and cracking. My reward was a cracked body panel. I would have to pay a body shop 400 dollars to fix this damage. In addition the service adviser was rude and unapologetic and did not carry through with his promises when the damage was shown to them. More

Ron took care of me and helped me analyse the radio problem I have been having since buying the car at another dealer last year. He determined that the radio had be faulty since I bought it despite bringing it to dealer I bought it from twice who told me there was nothing wrong. He ordered a new radio under warrenty. I will not have my fabulous Subaru Forrester serviced at Cityside from now on! More

Too Busy to Do a Decent Job I had my car towed there because it was the closest Subaru dealership to where my car broke down. They were too busy to look at the car until the next I had my car towed there because it was the closest Subaru dealership to where my car broke down. They were too busy to look at the car until the next day and wouldn't offer a loaner until they looked at the car. The next morning, I got a call saying the technician drove it and found nothing wrong and I could come pick up the car. I told them something was wrong and did they look under the hood at the engine and they hadn't. All they did was drive it. What? I asked them to take another look and this time look at spark plugs or something that was causing the car to stall. It's a 3 year old car with 33K miles; there's no reason for the engine to falter. Later in the day, I got another call saying another technician drove it and was able to replicate the problem. They said carbon build up in the fuel injector system and that it would cost me $130 to clean out, even though the car was under warranty. I picked up the car and the next day, it promptly broke down again. I brought it to another dealership who didn't immediately find the problem, but didn't feel safe giving it back. They gave me a loaner/rental and kept the car until they fixed it, which required two new sensors and two new injection coils. I don't think Cityside did anything close to what Ira did to figure out what was wrong. Plus, customer service was not customer-focused at all. They didn't care if I drove off with a broken car and didn't care how I got home from the dealer. They were always too busy to look at or fix the car properly. I'll never go back. More
