As it turned out, they could service my Impreza right then and I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Service manager was pleasant, straightforward and professional, waiting area was comfortable and clean. My car came out shinier than it went in (exterior was washed.) nice but overpriced and lacking attention I had a key made for a 2015 Forester. The people were nice and the service was quick. But they failed to call me when they received the key.
