Odd visit I was a bit disappointed as I had heard the salesman rave about the service department. I came in for the 6,000 mile check-up and told the receptioni I was a bit disappointed as I had heard the salesman rave about the service department. I came in for the 6,000 mile check-up and told the receptionist that a tire had a leak and that there was a screw or nail in it. When the car was finished I asked if they had plugged it and he said no, but that the service person HAD seen it. So they took it back in and plugged it. I don't understand why they didn't do it in the first place. It didn't inspire too much confidence. I had also thought that the car would be washed and cleaned on the interior, which it was not. On the other hand, everyone was very polite, and the appointment was quick. More

A stress free, very satisfactory experience. Everyone was helpful and provided me with accurate information. My car repair was completed well before my "deadline" for getting it back and I felt Everyone was helpful and provided me with accurate information. My car repair was completed well before my "deadline" for getting it back and I felt that the charges were reasonable and explained honestly. The 45,000 mile check-up, recall inspection, and diagnosis for why my car wouldn't start were all completed and the problem with the car was fixed easily--without unnecessary work or replacement of parts. The waiting room was pleasant and the coffee an added plus! More

Easy tire repairs I've been back to the dealer twice when I had low pressure readings on tires. Our roofers had left nails in the driveway. Cityside looked at the car I've been back to the dealer twice when I had low pressure readings on tires. Our roofers had left nails in the driveway. Cityside looked at the car right away, patched and refilled tires and sent me on my way. This happened again a few months later. Not sure if another dealer would have told me I needed to replace the tires but I trusted them and they came through - $21 for the repair. More

Though, on a more recent visit after waiting 3 and a half hours at the dealership I was suprised and upset I had to go to a nondealership mechanic to fix an engine problem. More
