Fixed the problems and got it done sooner than promised Lights came on in my car Sunday night and I had it towed there Monday. I think they try to tell customers it will take a little longer so then you're pleased when they get to it sooner but that's okay with me. Wait a week for service, problem caused by them! I recently had my oil changed at Cityside Subaru, only to have them tighten the oil filter so much that it cracked. A few weeks later, I noticed a bur I recently had my oil changed at Cityside Subaru, only to have them tighten the oil filter so much that it cracked. A few weeks later, I noticed a burning smell and smoke coming from my engine. I had my car towed to Cityside, only to hear that they would look at my car NEXT week! Luckily, they were very nice they squeezed my car in to check if the issue was a quick fix. I'm happy they squeezed by car in, as they realized the issue was an easy fix and caused by them! More

Consistently fantastic I have gone to Cityside several times for service for both my own Subaru and my wife's Subaru. They are consistently good - call back when they say they will, usually finish sooner than they think they will, and help out by providing loaner cars for longer service. Great customer care and service! I had the good fortune of reaching Rob Krasow , when I was dealing with a locked steering wheel and an inability to drive my new Subaru. It was close to 8 p.m. on a weekday evening and almost closing time at the dealership when Rob said he would wait for me if I needed to be towed and would have a car available for me. The following day I met with Zander Girondel who showed me how to release the wheel on my own if that ever happens again. In addition to the above Cityside employees, I had the good fortune to receive patient training from Joe Cisek a few days after I started driving my new Subaru. I can't say enough about Cityside's Customer Care! More
