Dedicated to customer satisfaction While I will always take my car here as long as I work in the area, I wrote an honest review of a subpar experience a while back. I was contacted within 48 hours by the service department head apologizing and offering me a free wash and detail. They even took my car to get inspected and gave me a loaner vehicle for the day (yes I did have to pay for the inspection). It renewed my faith in them and I will continue to go there. More

Staff was helpful in showing me the roof racks and helping me decide if our current Yakima system would work on the racks. They also waived my service fee and only charged me for the roof racks. Only complaint would be that I didn't want a wash but it was sent out for a wash so I ended up waiting longer than expected. But the staff is always very helpful and professional. I appreciate the fee waiver and the patient working with me as I decided how to move forward. More
