Poor Service Communication and follow through I have just spent the last 15 minutes being yelled at by the dealership owner-he says he does not have enough service people and cannot hire them and I have just spent the last 15 minutes being yelled at by the dealership owner-he says he does not have enough service people and cannot hire them and so his solution to that is to yell at his customers if the customers are not satisfied. I have had problems with my Android Auto on my 2018 Crosstrek from the beginning-I am now going on my fourth radio. But according to the owner, I should understand that he can't do anything about having his service people call their customers for updates on their car repair. Wow-he has a captive audience I guess--lucky for him. Maybe the real world will catch up to him at some point-one can only hope. More

Staff is always very friendly and knowledgable I bought my car here in 2012, and have always taken it there for service. The staff has always been friendly and professional. When needed, I can always get a loaner, or a shuttle ride. Any service is always explained clearly, and if there is a problem, it is taken care of ASAP. More

Terrible repair department When I bought the car and took out the service agreement at Cityside I was told explicitly that all covered repairs would include a complementary loan When I bought the car and took out the service agreement at Cityside I was told explicitly that all covered repairs would include a complementary loaner. This is not how it works. They will not guarantee you a loaner in advance. You cannot come in and drop off your car take a loaner and get going to work. Instead, you wait while they assess how long it will take to repair and THEN after an hour or so tell you that a part has to be ordered and you must return. No loaner - just part of the morning waiting. Other dealers will let you reserve a loaner - which is the only way you can avoid missing half a day of work! More

Impromptu Service Assistance I'm a happy first time 2016 Subaru Outback owner. Recently, I had a car situation involving the putting a Thule box on top of my car. Not being a ca I'm a happy first time 2016 Subaru Outback owner. Recently, I had a car situation involving the putting a Thule box on top of my car. Not being a car person (and a single mother), I had no idea how to get that box on top of my Subaru. So I called Cityside SUbaru. I spoke with Mike in the parts department. Mike offered to help me in install the box, all I had to do was come by to the service department. So I stopped by the Cityside service department. Mike came right out. He helped me install the Thule box, in the rain! I so appreciated Mike's assistance. It made my day. More

I've had recent bad experiences with other Subaru dealerships, including being up- Customer service here is outstanding, even for a simple oil change. I've had recent bad experiences with other Subaru dealerships, including being up-sold on a fancy oil change package, but not here. You can tell that the people here really care and are honest. Exemplary Service Joe (the service manager) and Will (service consultant) went above and beyond in customer service for my 2014 Subaru Forester. I was a there for a 30 Joe (the service manager) and Will (service consultant) went above and beyond in customer service for my 2014 Subaru Forester. I was a there for a 30,000 mile check-up and tire issue. They set me up with a complimentary car for the day. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. Great service experience!! I had a screw in one of my tires. I am a very loyal customer of Cityside Subaru, so I brought it in to have them check the tire. He said it just needed a plug, they were able to do it while I waited and charged a very reasonable price. I am always treated great at Cityside!! I have dealt with Nick before and he always is very helpful. I highly recommend Cityside for their service, as well as for new car purchases!!!!!!! More
