I can remember many unpleasant hours waiting for routine service in other dealerships with noise from the service area and from television blaring in the waiting room. Cityside's three areas adjacent to the sales floor - one with television, two without and one with desk space and all with free wi-fi - made that experience a pretty good one. I recently moved to Bethany, Connecticut. Do you have any recommendations for a dealership with your high standards in this area? More
