Brought down car - no part. Cityside did not have the recall part for my 2012 Imprezza, which I found out only after bringing it in. Unfortunate Situation I originally thought Cityside Subaru was a good dealership and I'm sure they are when they're not "busy". I often hear bad things about warranty work and how dealerships put little effort into their customers. Let's sell them a brand new car and then shift them to the service department where service drags their feet. I was told by the service manager that I would get direct communication throughout the entire process with my car issue installing a new short block, turbo, gaskets...ect Remind you this is a "2014 WRX STI with 27k miles" that I had bought originally brand new. I didn't hear from the service manager until almost 2 weeks later and that was when he said the car was just about complete. The worst part about this entire process was not only the poor communication but the oil cooler was never changed out. The noise I complained about originally is still there. I suppose I am at a loss when I bought the warranty and the extended warranty on top of it if the dealership can not uphold certain expectations. I also feel less power now that I got my car back, not quite sure why this is. I would say this is an unfortunate situation and I really don't want to call them back to do any more work even thought I bought the warranty coverage. The real issue I see at the Cityside Subaru is customers coming in and the employees that work there are trying their best. However, they're telling the customers whatever they want to hear rather actually committing to taking care of the customers needs and following through. More

Remarkable service from Cityside Subaru I have never written an internet review before, but Cityside Service was so excellent that I feel compelled to report on it. The problem began when w I have never written an internet review before, but Cityside Service was so excellent that I feel compelled to report on it. The problem began when we were driving to NH for a 2 week vacation and our Crosstrek failed to start after we stopped at a rest stop. As a first step we decided to call the dealership and were very happy to get the service manager, Joe Cisek, who proceeded to help us analyze the problem over the phone. He even contacted a local NH dealer in case the AAA jump failed to get the car going. When we returned from the vacation after Labor Day, Joe got us an appointment the very next day and provided us with a new Forester as a loaner while he and his team looked for the root of our problem, which appears to have been a loose shifter cable. This was the first major problem we've had with our Subaru Crosstrek and I can't imagine better service. If only the rest of the world worked this well! More

I find that the service group are warm, helpful, considerate, and friendly. I have recommended this particular dealership to many family and friends, who, in turn, purchased autos from Cityside Subaru. We have all enjoyed the signature Joe Cisek service team. I look forward to many years of enjoyable Subaru ownership alongside the great group that keeps my family's cars running smoothly. My many thanks to the Cityside team! More

Insulting, careless, idiots. Cityside Subaru decided that instead of simply adding some glue to a side molding that was coming off of my door, they would replace it completely. They ordered the wrong molding so when I picked up my car, the molding was completely different than the other side - they failed to check to make sure it matched. I think they were just hoping I wouldn't notice. When I had to tell them their mistake, I did not receive an apology, just that they would order it again, and replace it, again. Once they were finished wasting a bunch of my time, I finally got to pick up my car to see that they left scratches where they had to replace the molding, along with two large, noticeable knicks in the side molding itself. When I pointed it out to them, I was told I have "scratches all over my car" and that those were always there and essentially told I was a liar. All in all, they wasted my time, insulted me and returned my car to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. This is the second time I have come to CitySide and received a terrible customer service experience. The first time, I called them inquiring about a potential issue I had with my humidifier not working properly and asked if I could take it in to have them take a look. They not only refused to look at my car, they told me the issue was probably because, "you spilled some soda in your car and the wetness in your car is causing the car to not dehumidify properly." Needless to say, I had to go to another dealership to get help. Lastly, it's important to note that my entire family drives Subaru. My mother, recently moving to the area, bought a new phone and had trouble hooking it up to the Bluetooth. She drove to CitySide, being the closest dealership, to ask them if they could assist her in setting up her Bluetooth. The employee she dealt with asked her, "did you lease your Forrester from CitySide?" She answered no. The employee then asked her, "do you get it serviced here?" She answered no. She asked them if that is going to be a problem in getting the help she is asking for. The disgruntled worker unwillingly went out to her car and set up her Bluetooth in the end but she told me they were not happy to be helping her, she felt extremely uncomfortable and she will not be returning to the dealership to get her car serviced there. After all these terrible experiences here, they just lost an entire family's business. More

Full service work over. Best customer service of all service departments with which I have ever dealt. They also answered each of my 3 calls within 6 hours very politely and remained friendly while they answered each of my tedious (and probably annoying) questions very patiently. More
