Excellent Service at a good price had my 60,000 mile service on my 2011 Subaru Outback. I checked the price with 2 other dealers to be sure and Cityside's price (just under $600) was had my 60,000 mile service on my 2011 Subaru Outback. I checked the price with 2 other dealers to be sure and Cityside's price (just under $600) was a little less than the other 2. More importantly, they did the work on time, with full explanations, and let me pick the vehicle up the next day. Karen is an excellent service advisor. More
Great Service Too many Customers We have been going to get our service at CitySide for a year now. They have online booking which is a plus, but securing an appointment means you have We have been going to get our service at CitySide for a year now. They have online booking which is a plus, but securing an appointment means you have to plan a few weeks to months in advance. This is ok for standard maintenance, but not great when you have the unexpected repair come up. I had this recently with my breaks and I was able to get in within 3 days, but I had to leave my car all day in order for them to fit me in. At first they ran out of loaner cars, but I was accommodated after waiting for an hour or so. My overall experience is that the people who work there are very friendly and good at customer service, but there are just too many customers to accommodate for the size of the staff. More

Terrific buy, follow-up, with Peter Rosenberg at Cityside I bought my Forester in January 2014. It was a terrific buy (full confession: I was able to take advantage of the AAAS member discount) and the expe I bought my Forester in January 2014. It was a terrific buy (full confession: I was able to take advantage of the AAAS member discount) and the experience was smooth and efficient. My salesman, Peter Rosenberg, was knowledgeable and the antithesis of a pushy salesman. On the day of picking up my new car, he helped me program my iPhone so that I could use it hands-free through the Bluetooth connection, and he walked me through all of the many features of the car. (Yes, I had seen them before, but it's different when you're taking ownership.) This was a sale with the personal touch. I just returned from CitySide today, after Peter helped me connect my new iPhone to my Forester. It's great knowing that there's a familiar face in sales who will always take care of me and my family (we're all Subarau owners!) Thank you, Peter, for a terrific experience, and thanks to the Cityside Service Department for taking care of our cars! This includes even when we've experienced trouble on the road many miles from Belmont - we were coached through an incident by phone. You guys are the best! More
