Excellent customer service! I own a 2015 Outback that I purchased and have serviced at Citywide, Several days ago, I damaged the driver's side mirror while pulling out of my sma I own a 2015 Outback that I purchased and have serviced at Citywide, Several days ago, I damaged the driver's side mirror while pulling out of my small garage. I called Cityside and was told to bring in the car and broken mirror pieces to be looked at. I had such a positive experience!!! Nick in the service department couldn't have been nicer and more helpful!!! They had the part that I needed in stock and Nick was able to fit me in right then to have the mirror fixed. It was done in a very short time and for a very reasonable price. Everyone at Cityside always goes above and beyond to make their customers have a great experience in the Service Dept. as well as when they are buying a car. Highly recommend them for sales and service!!!!! Thank you again Nick for all your help - I greatly appreciate it!!!!!! More

Excellent car care and customer service If your looking for a service center, nothing beats city side. I have never had an issue with my car or billing since I have been with Karen. At other places they give you one number and when you come to pick up your car, it's always more expensive. Not with city side and especially not with Karen. Only once did they find an issue with my car and she called to confirm with me before they did anything additional, and she told me my new billing price. OUTSTANDING! She lets me know about my scheduled maintenance and even lets me know what I should be considering in the future. I never feel pressured from her. She makes me very comfortable. The work is always done exactly like she says. Thank you Karen, and thank you to every mechanic who has serviced my vehicle. More

Excellent service and customer relations City side replaced a tire pressure sensor with only one day's notice, the process taking slightly more than an hour. Fast and efficient. Disappointing though was to learn that an oil change would entail leaving the car for a full day. My dealer/ service center in Hyannis will be able to do it while I wait for it, about an hour. More

Super helpful and accomodating, unlike other dealers. My car was towed there with a flat tire on a Saturday night.
