I bought it mainly for that reason and have since driven it up and down hills in Massachusetts and Connecticut snowstorms while feeling completely in control. I've now done 46,000 miles with only routine maintenance and no problems of any kind. I like the fact that Cityside has a quiet area in which to wait, as well as the separate one with TV and the good coffee. More

No attention to detail I had the service department put a wind kit in as I was experiencing loud wind noise when driving, especially on the highway. They told me they can o I had the service department put a wind kit in as I was experiencing loud wind noise when driving, especially on the highway. They told me they can order a kit for this, and would call when the parts came in. Once the parts were in, I scheduled the appointment, and was told (for the first time) when dropping my car off that this is a large procedure and they would need to keep my car for a couple of nights. I asked what the kit included, and the service worker didn't know. I wasn't prepared for this, and expressed nervousness that I'd encounter more issues after they did the work than the original problem. He reassured me this is a regular procedure, and everything would be fine. When I got my car back, the adjuster for my left mirror didn't work. On top of this, they had turned the lights in the car to "off" instead of "door," to come on when the doors are open. I found this strange, but a couple days later when I got in my car and the lights wouldn't turn off, I realized why they did this. The gasket on my passenger door was sticking to the car when I open the door, and thus won't allow the door to close completely. Instead of investigating WHY the light wouldn't turn off, the service department just lazily avoided the problem. When I called to schedule an appointment for these issues, the first they could schedule me was over a week away. Meanwhile, I can't adjust my side mirror and my doors won't close completely. I told the lady this and she asked me, "What do you want to do?" I can't believe how badly and rudely I was treated, and how much hassle I've gone through for buying a NEW car. To add insult to injury, they scratched the plastic where you open the door on the passenger side and dirtied the interior. I'm resenting buying the car and feel stuck with it. Completely dissatisfied with this service department, avoid it whenever possible! More
