I wish it was a little closer to my house, but I feel it is worth the trip. ( there is a dealer closer to me) More

Recurring issue still not resolved. Came in for my 30k service and recurring issue of rattling noise and squeaking brakes (2nd attempt) 1st attempt mechanic couldn't locate the issue, wa Came in for my 30k service and recurring issue of rattling noise and squeaking brakes (2nd attempt) 1st attempt mechanic couldn't locate the issue, was told rattling noise was a phone case and toys in my car and squeaking noise from brake was rust. 2nd attempt was notified brakes pads are fine and they lub the brakes. Rattling subside and brakes still squeaking. Called back and was told it will take a few days for the lub to work. Called 2 days later, brakes still squeaking and rattling noise is coming back minimally. Repeatedly was told there's nothing they can do about brake pads. Not much help nor solution to problem. Service gave customer feeling car warranty will be up soon and not willing to help. I bet if I come back after warranty is up they will find the source and can fix my car issues since I will be paying out of pocket! 3rd attempt for service to fix rattling noise and squeaky brakes on 1/28, let's see if it CAN BE FIXED. Without pushing me away and wasting my time repeatedly coming back to service for the same issue. More

Happy with Service. 6:00AM and the check engine light and flashing brake light signaled trouble and gave my wife and I concern. Within the hour I brought our 2010 Outback to Cityside, hoping that they could find a slot in an already tight schedule. They did make time to diagnose and solve the problem by the end of the day. And they informed me, to my surprise, that the cost was covered by warranty! My personal thanks to Advisor Karen who saw the project through and kept me informed. And thanks to advisors Ron, Niko, and Zander, as well as Karen, for their past and current professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, ability to listen and are committed to satisfying the needs of their clients. Once I inquired after the parts, they apologized and immediately scheduled me in. The work was done reasonably quickly, and the communication was helpful, upfront and honest. Found out that one of the visors was scratched, and that they would put in a new one when the part comes in. I hope it doesn't take another 3 1/2 weeks. More
