Great Fix My Tension Bar in my trunk broke. I Brought my car over to Cityside as usual... Ordered the part and when it came in all was good with my Subaru legac My Tension Bar in my trunk broke. I Brought my car over to Cityside as usual... Ordered the part and when it came in all was good with my Subaru legacy again ! Ordered part late on a Wed. and completely fixed on Monday . Friendly and helpful staff I purchased my vehicle in April of 2012 and have gotten all my service done through them. There are closer dealers, but I've created a bond with Citys I purchased my vehicle in April of 2012 and have gotten all my service done through them. Unscheduled service A tire had been losing air and another was nearly flat. The service person who helped me worked me right into the schedule. The car was returned in a reasonable amount of time - especially since I didn't have a scheduled appointment and they had to make time for me. I got the car back, everything fixed, reset and they had washed the car which was much appreciated! More

Too busy for cross checks. This is a very busy Subaru service center. My most recent trip would have been unnecessary if they took the time to cross-check or do a final review This is a very busy Subaru service center. My most recent trip would have been unnecessary if they took the time to cross-check or do a final review of the vehicle and all repairs BEFORE they return it to the customer. I had winter tires installed previously and had to come back because they put one of the tires on inside out. They are nice and accommodating when you bring up issues, but I feel like I shouldn't have to double check everything a professional does to my vehicle... I'm just lucky I grew up around cars and mechanics and I know when things aren't working right. I don't know whether they are under-staffed or just disorganized, but I don't prefer this service group. More

Exceeds expectations I was worried about buying pre-paid service on my Foresters, but Cityside has exceeded expectations to such an extent that I'll always do it going for I was worried about buying pre-paid service on my Foresters, but Cityside has exceeded expectations to such an extent that I'll always do it going forward. They do a great job with service, take good care of me and my car, and do so with a smile on their face. Can't recommend them more highly. More

First Oil change I recently attended Citi Subaru to have my outback serviced for the 1st time. Basically, oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in, I was told I I recently attended Citi Subaru to have my outback serviced for the 1st time. Basically, oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in, I was told I had to wait between 60 to 90 minutes. I ended-up staying 2 & ½ hours, even though I made the appointment 2 weeks before. Not to mention that I had to call to see when my 1st oil change was due. There is no communication form this dealership. Other than that, they were nice and courteous. More

They Go the extra mile I went in for a routine maintainance and the service folks did a couple of little things that I could have done, but they just took care of them.
