I generally enjoyed my experience at Cityside. Everything seemed to move along swiftly and no one was being specifically pushy about any one aspect about the purchase. The spaces were nice and clean and we didn’t have to wait too long. My only issue related to the keys for the car. I feel it’s standard to get two sets, but when handed one at the very end of the process, I was surprised. I understand that these things happen, but no one mentioned this and I had to wait an additional week to have the news key come in and be programmed for the car. More

It was a low-pressure environment with lots of people trying to help. Joe spent his time explaining different components, and options and helping to find the best options. Fabio was very friendly and warm from the start, and was understanding of my needs and genuinely wanted to help find something that would work for me Fabio was very friendly and warm from the start, and was understanding of my needs and genuinely wanted to help find something that would work for me. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to hurry the process along; in fact, at a certain point I needed to press pause for a few days on the car buying due to some financial issues that had come up, and he was SO understanding. Everyone that works there seems approachable and friendly. I left with a brand new 2024 Crosstrek and I've been LOVING it! It also feels great to know that the team has my back on any car issues I may have for the next few years. Thanks Cityside! More
