I bought a used Subaru Forester there because of the quality of service and attention to detail. I never once felt pressured and pushed into buying something I wasn't interested in. Mark Lidano was incr quality of service and attention to detail. I never once felt pressured and pushed into buying something I wasn't interested in. Mark Lidano was incredibly patient with me as I test drove a number of cars. He was knowledgable, accommodating and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. The only problem I have is that my Forester is running so well, with virtually no problems, that it'll be years before I need to buy another one! I highly recommend CitySide! More

Both my Mom and I went to buy new cars here on separate visits. They were very friendly, selling the "total relationship", but then trying to pressure my Mom into buying a car at retail "before they're all visits. They were very friendly, selling the "total relationship", but then trying to pressure my Mom into buying a car at retail "before they're all gone" and trying to sound super-techy to impress me without actually explaining anything. We both ended up going to Subaru Village in Acton the next day and getting much better deals, better service, and genuinely friendly salespeople. More
