I had an extremely positive experience at Cityside, start to finish. The sales staff was extremely calm and professional, and I never felt pressured to make any decision. these guys get 5 stars for me. my sales guy Mark Lidano, is totally not your typical car sales man, i'm not quite sure he knew what to do with me because I pretty much knew what I wanted. He did have an AWESOME test drive route which really showed off the capabilities of the AWD. so long story short, Friday Jan 1 : wanted a legacy, hated the 2010 body style, and couldn't downgrade to 170 HP for the reg impreza, went home disappointed, Jan 2: browsed the internets, found a black on black wrx, did some math i can afford it yay! called Mark. 1130am went in, and by 1pm owned the car. He gave me all weather mats for my birthday! Mark also made sure everything was clear before continuing to the next step in the process. No half promises for things he couldn't do, i really appreciated that. I got the glass coat, stain resistant treatment, extended warranty, and pre-paid service plan and Alan Lampas the finance guy still kept my monthly payments to what I wanted them to be. He was quick, super helpful, and got things done so i could take my car home as promised even when my insurance company messed up and didn't really add the new car to the ins. I picked the car up on Monday Jan 4. 265 HP, AWD, sexy sexy black on black, i wet my panties in a good way on the drive home... Next up: we'll see how the service dept does... More

Prior to arriving at dealership I had done my "homework" on the car of my choice, so I knew the basics such as list price and features. They (dealers) did not in any way try to pull a fast one on me. Cityside Subaru is an awesome dealership! I can't say enough good things about them. I bought a new car there and have been absolutely thrilled since. I've always mistrusted car salesmen with their high pressure tactics. Then I went to Cityside Subaru - totally opposite of all my pre-conceptions! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. More importantly, they listened to me and gave me the car that was the best fit for me. My highest priority was a car with superior handling in the rain/snow and that's exactly what I got. It gives me such peace of mind when I drive in the bad weather to know I have a car that I can trust. Cityside Subaru has a few things that you don't see very often these days - honest and trustworthy people and fantastic service. I am truly grateful. More
