Everybody in sales and finance was very nice and straight forward. They were very easy to deal with and didn't play any of the games you tend to see at other car dealerships. I was looking for someone to help me find and purchase a specific vehicle. Unlike the staff at the other local dealerships, Mark did not try to persuade me to buy something that was on the lot. Mark found the exact vehicle that I wanted, even though it was not in the inventory. He also helped me find and install several aftermarket additions, some of which were not in the dealership's inventory.
