We Visited the dealer on a "drive-by" whim. The place was clean and inviting and had one of every car inside so we could figure out what we liked without walking around out in the cold. There is a waiting area with TV and magazines, a bathroom and a nice open floor with desks and offices and lots of windows to view the lot with the available inventory. We were greeted by Mark who was polite, sincere and low pressure. He is a great listener and totally in tune with making sure to cover all your likes and dislikes. He was patient; especially with our two toddlers who were all over the place and worked at our speed to sell us a car. We were slow initially but once we made the decision we got our car within 48 hours and it was no problem. Finally everyone was thorough and even gave us a tour of the place as well as a detailed introduction to our new car. We would recommend this dealership and will also go here for service. More

I had read good reviews about them and they were the closest dealership to us so I wanted it to work but was prepared to deal with other dealers as well. Rob was very professional and we exchange a few emails and calls until we agreed on price. The car had to be ordered but it turned out later that one was available and they would add accessories at factory prices to move the car. Nathan did the paperwork and was also very professional and helpful. I ended up trading in the car and getting extended warranty as it felt right. Delivery was also a breeze and Mike Nelson explained all the aspects of the auto until we were comfortable driving away. He offered to have us contact him at any time for any follow up questions. After nearly two months of owning the car, there are no apparent defects. The only complaint is that it rained heavily that day but it's not their fault! I'll be telling my friends about the best dealer experience I've ever had. Thanks guys! More

He answered our questions, was completely honest, and it was more like talking to a person knowledgeable about cars and not a car salesmen. After narrowing what I wanted down to a Impreza hatchback, he let my girlfriend and I take the car for a spin - by ourselves, with no time limit. That level of trust is paramount at Cityside. Price was hugely important to me while shopping -- cars are a commodity, after all. But it’s worth noting that I didn't only based the winning dealership off price. The amazing experience I had at Cityside played into my purchase. I'd rather build a relationship with a trustworthy dealership, than save a few hundred up front. There was one dealer that was willing to sell to me $500 cheaper than Cityside but his dealership was reputed to do bait and switches, sell lemons and got all around awful reviews. Again, I was willing to leave $500 on the table to go with a close dealership I felt great about. During negotiations, I also dealt with one of the sales managers, Dan. Very professional, and friendly while meeting my needs and the needs of his business. A few weeks ago, I walked into CitySide Subaru in Belmont. I signed some papers, which had been explained on follow-up phone cars, and drove off in my brand new car: a silver hatchback 2010 Subaru Impreza. Epic. Win. More
