Bought a new Impreza Outback Sport from Cityside over a year ago (our first new car). I was very surprised about how painless it was. I got a quote from the Internet sales manager that was much lower than year ago (our first new car). I was very surprised about how painless it was. In fact, another dealer told me that there was no way Cityside could sell me the car at the quoted price. Sales stuff was great and let us test drive day and night so we could get a good feel for the car. No pressure at all from the staff. Finance person was not as laid back when it came to the extended warranty, but not horrible. More

They were patient as I went back and forth on the options I wanted, were able to get the vehicle I wanted even tho it wasn't in the lot at first, and were more permissive on the test drive than the others (not pushing me to return to the dealership in a hurry, etc). Mike was great, and I really appreciated that he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Subaru WRX. I've also had a lot of the maintenance on my earlier Subaru done at Cityside and have never had a problem. More
