Generally well managed and staffed with knowledgeable people, even amidst the construction chaos of the past year. But recently I was disappointed with the service for routine maintenance and tire repla people, even amidst the construction chaos of the past year. In spite of customer service rep Steve LeBrun’s best efforts, the service department appeared to be critically understaffed and unresponsive to estimates of time to complete the work. What I expected to be a Thursday morning maintenance turned out to be a 3-day fiasco, and I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to call in for updates. In the end, The dealership did give me a loaner and Ubered me home and back. As far as I can tell the work was done well, but this recent experience will cause me to think twice about Cityside the next time I need work. More

this is a great dealership. I went in for a test drive and on a Saturday and I was able to pick up my car the following Monday. They were great in helping me get my car financ I went in for a test drive and on a Saturday and I was able to pick up my car the following Monday. They were great in helping me get my car financed and close my other loan from my totaled car. They returned my Enterprise rental car to Enterprise so I didn't have to deal with the logistics of that. This is the second time I've used them and would use them again. More
