Entertaining and enjoyable experience I came into Cityside Subaru , being familiar with the deership's good reputation . They sell the car I had researched to best meet my needs. For me, visibility and safety were primary concerns, as well as Subaru's reputation for tough all weather vehicles. Peter Rosenberg was very welcoming . We immediately had a meeting of the minds on what I wanted, and his enthusiasm for the Crosstrek made the time truly enjoyable. He was quite knowledgeable about this car and all of the features - we were speaking the same language. Actually Peter is a walking Subaru encyclopedia . He has a quick wit , and a gentle disposition. I enjoyed the whole process of learning about and buying this car. More

We bought a used car for our son a couple of months ago from a very well-known dealership and the experience was terrible, so when I walked into Cityside to buy a new car for myself (my first ever new car) I was apprehensive. I thought I knew what I wanted, and Dan listened to everything I said. He gave me the car I thought I wanted (a manual) to test drive and then he suggested test driving an automatic. And he was right! I bought a 2016 Crosstrek, got a great deal, and I LOVE it! Thank you Cityside, thank you Dan!! More

He asked what I wanted to do or if I wanted to think about some options before going forward at all instead of tossing paperwork in front of me and trying to get me to sign. He helped me understand the different vehicle options and what each of them will offer. They had videos that they showed about options, the vehicles and the services. The finance specialist helped me understand finance options, add on packages and everything else. When I asked them questions, they had the answer or would pull out some pamphlets that help break them down to understand more. Overall it seemed like they knew their jobs well and wanted to make sure I was happy with what I had chosen. The sales person has followed up with me a few times to check on me and the vehicle. I have asked him some questions and I received a prompt response each time. More

Thorough, efficient, no pressure, friendly service! Junior and the rest of the team at Cityside really impressed me. I filled out a Kelly Blue Book trade-in-value form online and Junior followed up via Junior and the rest of the team at Cityside really impressed me. I filled out a Kelly Blue Book trade-in-value form online and Junior followed up via email within an hour. I was looking to buy a used car and sent him links and he had the cars ready and running (with the heat on!) when we arrived. I was so impressed with how kind, knowledgeable and efficient the whole process was. Since this is the first time I bought a car I had a bunch of questions and he was patient with me and explaining all the answers. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into buying a car (which is what I had always imagined the car-buying process was like). I test drove the car on a Tuesday night and came in the next day to determine the trade in value and figure out the paperwork. The process was SEAMLESS. I came in, handed Junior my keys and we went over the offer and within 10 minutes Junior had the offer approved, trade in value determined and we were set to go. It felt like a safe/comfortable place that you wouldn't expect should feel that way. I love my new car and highly encourage everyone to go there! More
