The reason I'm giving just four stars is because when we purchased our Crosstrek, we were under the impression that we were getting the Blind-Spot Detection and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert as part of the purchase. It turned out that it was an option we were not offered the opportunity to purchase. That is one feature that I and my wife wanted in our new Crosstrek. Has there been the opportunity to discuss this explicitly, I would have been giving 5 stars. Again, still a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back. More

Once I decided to buy, Tom was reliable in reviewing all the steps, and in following up on details. Immediately after the sale, there was one warranty issue that I had to pursue. Both the management and the service department were helpful, and I was able to rely upon Tom as my point person. I really love my car, too. I'm paying for what I need, and not paying for a lot of unnecessary extras. Plus the compact and slim design is unbeatable in this day and age when all the models are getting bigger. I walked in knowing what I wanted in a car, color, style, options, etc.. Well, I didn't end up with the car I thought I wanted. I got something I didn't even know I wanted. It was everything I needed and under budget so, we added in a moonroof. Tom is quick and to the point, and also very funny, I might add. His co-workers appear to work really well together as I watched them help each other out. The dealership is spotless, comfortable and very friendly. I'm looking forward to dealing with Tom/Cityside again. More

He allowed us to bring our dog into the office, and then in any further interactions, always was thoughtful enough to ask about our dog, which I thought was very sweet. He was very fair in our price negotiation, and we came to a price that I think we were all very happy with. He made the process very painless. He even took the time to introduce us to the electronics system in our new car and make sure we knew how to pair our Bluetooth phones with it. He also followed up via text a few days after to check in, which was incredibly considerate. Thank you Mark and Cityside for such a great experience! It felt so much more personal than a simple business transaction. More

The display and audio unit had some issues when I picked up the car, but when the replacement part came in, it was fixed immediately and they supplied me with a loaner for the day. BONUS: even though I'd only put about 50 miles on my car, Mark topped off the gas tank for me before I picked it up! A nice and unexpected surprise! More
