We introduced ourselves and relayed our goals to him. Without hesitation, Darren offered to show us several vehicles in their inventory which met our criteria. Darren presented himself in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. He is deserving of the title: Client Relations Manager. We ended up purchasing the second vehicle we test drove, a 2014 Forester Limited with approximately 12,000 miles on the odometer. We negotiated a fair price which met the terms of our finances and budget. Darren treated us with respect and dignity. At no time did we feel pressured into buying something we did not intend on owning. The experience felt relaxed, and the tone was very laid back. The entire time I felt like I was in control of the situation, not the other way around being buried under an avalanche of more products to buy. They answered all my questions before I even asked them. Would recommend Cityside Subaru. The only hiccup in the entire process was dealing with my insurance provider. It took several hours longer than expected and I couldn't pick up the car until the next day. But during that time the people at CitySide Subaru were friendly, helpful and made sure that I understood everything that was going on behind the scenes. More

While browsing the inventory list of Impreza's offered at CitySide I saw the car of my dreams: a red 5 door with white interior and all the features I wanted from nav system to power adjust front seat. Within 2 weeks I drove my Venetian red pearl Impreza home. THere were no hassles, no pressures, no games. My salesperson Mark is a gem to work with. Two great salespeople When shopping for a new car, my wife and I had the pleasure of working with two great salespeople at CitySide: Tom C and Darren. When we met Tom, we w When shopping for a new car, my wife and I had the pleasure of working with two great salespeople at CitySide: Tom C and Darren. When we met Tom, we were at the beginning of our buying process, and he was very thoughtful and patient with going over the features of the different Subaru models and the different trim levels. Once we had decided on the make and model of the car that we wanted, the rest of the buying process was easy. Due to a scheduling issue, we worked with Darren to finalize the deal. We did our homework and made a fair offer that was accepted with no hassle. Darren walked us through the rest of the process and then spent more than an hour with us in the car when we picked it up customizing all the settings for us and going over practically every single feature. The finance department was also very easy to work with. Overall, a very great experience and I recommend anyone looking for good customer service to seek out Tom C and Darren at CitySide. More

Mike offered to help me in install the box, all I had to do was come by to the service department. So I stopped by the Cityside service department. Mike came right out. He helped me install the Thule box, in the rain! I so appreciated Mike's assistance. It made my day. More
