We had already done some research prior to going into CitySide, so we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. Mark Lidano worked with us to find the perfect car for us. He didn't have a huge sales pitch, was knowledgable, and pressure free. We didn't feel like he was just trying to make the seal, he really listened to our needs, our wants, and didn't try to sell us more than what we were comfortable with. This made for a wonderful experience AND to the perfect car. We absolutely love the car that we ended up with, it is exactly what we were looking for. Michael Nelson was also a pleasure to work with and made the finance and pick up part of the purchase very easy and convenient. We will definitely be back in the future when we are in the market for a car again! More

He was great to work with - helpful and responsive to email questions, straightforward and thorough during visits, and very patient with explaining all the new car features developed in the 14 years since we last bought a car! He really seemed to know his stuff, made sure we understood everything, and helped us consider all the options involved. Cityside is really generous with allowing you to take independent test drives with the cars, which helped a lot in deciding which model to get. Although we had planned to check out different dealers in the area, after meeting Mark and Cityside we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. And now I love my new Forester. I hope we have friends who need a new car soon, just so we get the chance to recommend Mark! More

It was largely because of Darren's patient and professional help. He gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel comfortable there from the beginning. He answered all those questions we had and also gave us some other informative introductions about the car. It was actually a bit past the time he was supposed to get off work, but he stayed with us with great patience even though we did not express strong intention to purchase. All these made us feel good about him and the dealership. And of course the price was competitive, too. So we made the deal with them and now are very happy with our decision and love our forester.
