Honest, no BS, great experience Darren was great. He knew a new model year of the crosstrek was coming out in a few months...he was totally up front with me...if I could wait for the Darren was great. He was very knowledgable about the cars and transparent about what he could and could not commit to. Darren was also very responsive by email and phone. Highly recommend him...and the 2018 Crosstrek is killer! More

I called Cityside and was lucky enough to get Rob on the phone. He was nice, helpful and straightforward from the beginning. I went right over and he didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't love. I ended up buying an Impreza that day! I'm so happy with my new car (how did I not ever drive a Subaru before?!) and really glad I got to work with Rob! More

Tom got me MY18 Orange Crosstrek black bodyside moldings <3! Had to let go of my 2001 Forester as it has become a HUGE $,$$$ pit... Yes, 16 years on the road, Subaru cahs are THAT great. Have known CitySide for a while, and always came here for all fixes, but have never bought a cah here. Time to shop for my next Subaru, yet never had bought a new cah in my whole life, until Tom let me know about the MY18 Crosstrek which just came out when I was in for the last Forester fix attempt. Friendly, kind and honest, he took me nicely along the steps of otherwise daunting process to get a new cah. Tom answered all of my questions, took time to listen to and find me the vehicle that best met my needs. Test drove the sole brand new bright Sunshine Orange Crosstrek in the lot, which I was the first one to get to drive with only single-digit mileage, and IT WAS GREAT! Eventually, signed and bought that exact cah I test-drove. I asked Tom of a special favor to add black bodyside moldings as my own signature accent. Why not? It's my first ever new cah purchase! Tom kindly checks and confirms that my idea was totally doable. On delivery, boy, I was happy with the looks! It's MY new Crosstrek! Great to have Tom help me, and highly recommend him. Well, few months later today while in for 6 months service, obviously nothing bad, ALL good, a first time relief at the service here, met with Tom, and again had a great talk with him about other options I could add to my lovely new Crosstrek. In the market for a new Subaru in 2011, we first visited a Subaru dealer who was so incompetent and rude that we literally walked out on him. We quickly abandoned our notion that we would do some comparison shopping, and returned to Cityside where we had a splended experience working with Rob Gale and purchased our second Subaru. My husband died several years ago, When in the fall of 2017 I decided to explore the possibility of purchasing a new Subaru with driver assistance features, I was consistently advised by friends and family to take a male companion with me to do the wheeling and dealing. Now I'm not a wheeler-dealer, and neither was my husband! So I ignored that advice, called Cityside -- and was overjoyed to learn I could again work with Rob. What a pleasure! He's very knowledgeable, was extremely helpful in sharing his views of the pros and cons of the various options, and very patient with me as I was going through my decision-making process. He responded promptly to my phone calls and emails. He never tried to talk me into opting for more than I wanted and was open and transparent in all of our interactions. Always pleasant, always good humored, and always respectful -- that's Rob. I love my third Cityside car -- a 2018 Forester -- and deeply appreciate the opportunity to work with Rob! More

outstanding service and deal in every respect My experience at CitySide Subaru was just great from the minute I walked into the dealership and especially the service I received from Junior William My experience at CitySide Subaru was just great from the minute I walked into the dealership and especially the service I received from Junior Williams from negotiating the deal to picking up my vehicle. Junior was super responsive and respectful. He understand what I wanted and never wasted my time. His follow up once I ordered my new car was superb. I've bought many vehicles over the years and I've never had a more pleasurable experience a an auto dealership. If you're looking for a great deal on a new car I recommend you give Junior Williams a call at CitySide Subaru. I might add that when I walked in the door of this dealership I was greeted by the GM who set the right tone right off the bat, he was great too. I'd mention him by name here but I don't remember it.
