My last 2 Cars were purchased from the Belmont Dealership and both cars were purchased with sales consultant Peter Rosenberg. Last month I purchased a factory ordered 2019 Forester and Peter helped me navigate through the technology on 2019 Suburu. When the car arrived he was quick to resolve a factory error and my car was ready in less than 2 hours. Service was great. I have always been pleased with CitySide service and this time was no different. I highly recommend this dealership and Peter. More

Easy, low pressure shopping experience The Cityside showroom is a low-key underwhelming room with a handful of cars, waiting area, a manager's desk, a few offices and a block of cubicles. I The Cityside showroom is a low-key underwhelming room with a handful of cars, waiting area, a manager's desk, a few offices and a block of cubicles. It's not flashy and in-your-face and neither are the staff. It was the perfect place to buy our Crosstrek. My wife and I worked with Crystal, who was busy with a half dozen other customers at the time, but still made as much time as we needed. We ended up test driving four vehicles and returning two more times before driving off with our new Crosstrek, but never felt rushed or pressured. Crystal answered all our questions and entertained our one-year-old through our visits. She was very responsive to email, phone and text, guiding us through the whole process. I would highly recommend her as your salesperson. My only criticism or suggestion for improvement for the dealership is that (at least when we were shopping in November 2018) they seemed to be understaffed. The salespeople's days were long and full of meetings and the wait to see Tom, the warranty and finance guy, was very long, with more people waiting behind us. Obviously it's good for them (and a good sign for the customer) that they are busy, but it would be nice if staff were more available. More

When expressing concern about whether the CrossTrek would fit in our tiny garage, Crystal's response was, take a test drive, bring the car home and see if it fits.
