When I started off my car search, Subaru wasn't even my first choice but after visiting the dealership for a test-drive I didn't want any other car. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous (been to two other dealerships that didn't keep my appointment and I had to wait). I got to test-drive 3 cars, with no complaints or dirty looks. Rob Gale is a true gem of that operation - friendly, very quick to hook you up with a test-drive and truly knows the vehicles inside and out. When the time came to actually pull the trigger, I decided to go with the certified pre-owned car and Rob did a great job at explaining the details of what pre-owned vehicles are, how the warranty is different etc. After some friendly back and forth haggling, I left with a car that I loved and paid exactly what I wanted to. I never felt like I was being ripped off or being forced into something I don't want or can't afford. The icing on the cake was when Michael Nelson, the finance guy finished up ALL of the paperwork in less than 30 min - was also extremely helpful at explaining the financing options. After all was said and done, I got to pick up my car all shiny and detailed with a brand new set of plates in less than two days! Couldn't be happier and would greatly recommend the dealership to anyone out on the market - these guys are pros. More

Crystal rocks! Our '05 Pathfinder's service had come to an end and we weren't impressed with the newer version. We already had a Xtrek and were intrigued by the Ascent. Our process started online and Crystal was our point of contact. From the first call, we knew we'd be happy working with her. Her quick responses and follow-up to our questions just added to a smooth experience. She arranged a date & time that was convenient for us to test drive the Ascent. We brought the whole family because we wanted to make sure it would be the right replacement for our Pathfinder. Her approach and demeanor are making sure the car is right for you. No pressure or overselling anything. After our test drive, we were debating if the 7 or 8 seater layout would be better for our dog. Crystal immediately asked if we wanted to drive the Ascent back home to get our dog to make sure it was right for us. When picking up the car, she spent the same amount of time and detail as when we were just looking for a car. She is incredible and when we get our next Subaru, Crystal will be our salesperson! More
