Also, a friend had a very negative experience with another Subaru dealer before going to Cityside and recommended them. Crystal was very helpful and patient in helping me select a car and showing me how to use some of the features. She worked with me in negotiation and has been available for follow-up questions. There were some paperwork issues that came up and she has assisted in getting them resolved. She was always willing to go the extra mile to help, and to make the car buying process less stressful.
