They have all been solid cars and we recommend them highly. The first 3 subaru's were a 2003 outback legacy and 2012 & 2018 legacy sedan. Subaru finally added a big SUV (Ascent) to it's line up; which is what we purcahsed today, making us a 2 Subaru car household. Mark Lidano has always been supportive, honest and wanting what's best for us, plus he's a great person we very much look forward to seeing and doing business with. Tom DAlessandro in the business/finance office was very helpful, friendly and also easy to work with. Their approaches are friendly, non-intimidating, professional and honest! They also provided a very competetive price without any hastles. Again, werecommend them highly. More

Mike D was the best - I've never worked with a more affable, honest, helpful and friendly person when purchasing a car. Mike went above and beyond to get us the deal we were looking for and was honest and candid throughout the process on benefits, limitations, and the conditions required to get the deal done. Mike also helped me immensely by taking care of the license plates, insurance, registration, and inspection before I picked up the car so that I could work to get my city parking permit sorted out pre-pickup - this was a life-saver. On pickup day, Mike had the car fully detailed and ready to go and went through all features and answered all of my questions to make me comfortable before I drove it off the lot. Really, really, enjoyed working with Mike and would recommend him without hesitation. Thanks again, Mike! More

We live near several other Subaru dealerships but drove the hour to Cityside because we really liked Mark. He wasn’t available sadly enough the day we went in to seal the deal- but Crystal was awesome!! We were very pleased at how friendly, honest, and “unsalesman” like she was. We would definitely go back if we could deal with Crystal or Mark!:) More
