We purchased a new Outback and a new Legacy. Our existing Subarus each had about 50,000 miles so it was a good time to purchase new ones. We dealt many with Crystal Campbell over the course of t Our existing Subarus each had about 50,000 miles so it was a good time to purchase new ones. We dealt many with Crystal Campbell over the course of two very full days. She was enormously helpful, patiently listening to our car needs, car history, and price ranges, and provided detailed options and descriptions (and literature and proposed test drives with or without her in the car). During these visits she repeatedly offered us beverages, and inquired repeatedly if there were any other things we wished to know or consider. Once we have narrowed the field a bit, we got down down to brass tacks about trade-in values for our other cars, and she she spent a great deal of time showing us how all the variables worked together to get a value: she allowed us to watch her input data, and then we had an additional period of time working up figures for our offer to the penny. She included every possible charge that could appear from the dealer, the state, the license bureaus etc. She never was pushy, and was cheerfully willing to let us have time to think and decide at home. The next day, we went in and signed papers, and had the cars inspected. then got the plates, and all the accessories needed. At that point, Crystal offered to take us out for two drives one for each car, keeping us at the wheel, to not only show and explain and but to also give us the feel of the new safety features. Once we all felt comfortable with everything, she took our photos in front of the cars, and then offered to be our permanent liaison on the car: we could come in for weekly Q&A's if anything came up, we could drive with her again, she made us appointment for our six month service, she made sure we entered her phone numbering our cell phones. And she called that evening to make sure all was well and that the driver home was good. I can't imagine HOW any car salesperson could be more helpful in any way. More
