This October, I purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness at Cityside Subaru. I had done a ton of research ahead of time and knew pretty much what I was after. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and engaging. I had a great time working with them to meet my requirements. Everyone I met to date at Cityside has been great. I have not yet interacted with their service department, and I hope they provide the same level of service. Notes: (1) I did not finance. I paid cash. (2) I purchased upgraded warranties, as I had planned. This was not due to predicted reliability, bat rather for peace of mind as I get older (I am around retirement age now). More

Ryan the product specialist was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with -available at every turn, and Bredan and Adam in service were thorough and helped this uneducated car person understand; they were attentive and relievable. Glenn was outstanding, Michela made financing smooth and painless (and cost effective) and Nathan White was true to his word and loyal to a loyal customer. They are simply the best. And I am extremely happy with my 2025 Forrester! More
