I had a great experience buying my car at cityside Subaru! My salesperson Joe was knowledgeable , comfortable, and laid back despite the looming tariffs and busyness of the place. Mark sold me my previous Subaru Outback 10 years ago, and when I needed a new car (after 146,000 miles), there was no question that I would consult Mark. Once again, he kept me informed about the availabili when I needed a new car (after 146,000 miles), there was no question that I would consult Mark. Once again, he kept me informed about the availability of cars that met my specifications, patiently listened to and answered my questions, and I'm now the happy owner of a Crosstrek. Mark is not the typical used car salesman -- i.e., he doesn't exert pressure or dismiss customer concerns; rather, he listens to ensure that he's providing all the necessary information.
