A nice family car that I needed being that my wife and I are expecting our 1st child. Mr. Scharf was very kind and no pressure was placed on my shoulder. I returned to the same dealership I used for my wife's car, Citiworld Toyota of the Bronx, and found that like fine wine, my overall experience got better with time. Not that I had a bad experience the first time but the level of attention and the overall experience was great. They answered all my questions in a friendly and professional way and took the time to let me think about all the information I had received (even with my fussy 3 year old). There was no pressure to deal and I ultimately decided on the vehicle that I really wanted at the price that fit my budget.
