He was my sales person. He did everything in his power to help me and make the experience a good one. He went above and beyond. the service i must say was excellent. everyone there from the receptionist to my sales person, gene harris, to the manager rick was very pleasant to deal with. i lease cars every three years so i am not a new kid on the block. every dealership should operate the way they do there. everyone pitched in and helped, i was leaving my honda pilot. honda called me yesterday, october 17th, and i told them that i leased a toyota. they wanted to know why and i told them exactly how i felt. last year i leased a crv for my husband, and they were very cocky. i warned the sales person that he would not see me again and i think at the time they were doing so well it didn't bother him. but yesterday they seemed upset and i told them there customer service needs a facelift and i wouldn't come back to them. i feel that there is alot of competition out there and you need to be the best that you can. i would definitely recommend city world toyota. my friend who was with me owns a camry and her son has a civic. she usually goes to toyota city in mamaroneck, but after she saw the way they handled themselves at city world toyota she is going there for his car. When I first walked in the showroom I was very impressed with it and then I was assisted by Cecil Sarpong who was very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicles that we were thinking about purchasing. I've gone to look at other vehicles before I purchased the Toyotoa Highlander and I didn't receive the same warmth and customer support like I did at City World Toyota. When I picked up my vehicle, my car mats weren't there but they told me that I would get them and Cecil Sarpong took it upon himself to bring them to my house so not to inconvenience me to make a trip to the dealership. I've NEVER encountered that high quality of customer service. Cecil and everyone at City World Toyotoa care about their customers and that is something you don't get in other dealerships. I would definitely refer people there and would re-lease through City World Toyota again and again because of the service and satisfaction I received. More

Michael was amazing to me and my children. I explained that I had a specific amount I wanted to spend and he worked with me the whole way. I was going to buy a used car and I was able to afford a brand ne that I had a specific amount I wanted to spend and he worked with me the whole way. I was going to buy a used car and I was able to afford a brand new car that cost me less than a car I bought a few years ago. He even offered to drive my rental car back to Enterprise so that I could drive the new car home. I was very grateful that he was so nice to me because I didn't want to feel like I was being taken advantage of and I didn't. Another salesperson Alesia was also helpful to me and spoke a few times on the phone before I arrived at the dealership. I recommend them 100% because everyone there was extremely helpful. More
